CloudUtils is a free browser-based platform providing utility tools for developers and general users, including a JSON Formatter, Base64 Encoder, URL Encoder, Regex Tester, Unix Timestamp Converter, and other tools added over time.
2.1 How the platform works
All tool processing is performed entirely within your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your inputs and outputs are not transmitted to CloudUtils servers, not stored in any CloudUtils database, and not logged or retained in any form. This is a technical fact, not merely a policy.
2.2 No account required
No registration or personal information is required to use CloudUtils.
2.3 Free access and advertising
CloudUtils is free, funded by Google AdSense display advertising. By using the platform you acknowledge that non-intrusive ads may be displayed. No pop-up, interstitial, or auto-playing audio/video ads will be shown.
2.4 Service availability
Provided on an "as available" basis. No guaranteed uptime. We will restore availability as quickly as practicable following any outage.

- Using the shareable URL feature to share formatted outputs
- Embedding links to CloudUtils in tutorials or developer guides
- Accessing from any jurisdiction where doing so is lawful
3.2 Prohibited use
- Automated access: No bots, scrapers, or scripts that access the platform at a rate exceeding normal human usage or that place unreasonable load on infrastructure.
- Service disruption: No denial-of-service attacks, flooding, or any means of degrading the platform.
- Security circumvention: No probing, scanning, or attempting to bypass security controls or access unauthorised systems.
- Reverse engineering: No decompilation or disassembly beyond what is permitted by law or applicable open-source licences.
